About Pie Crumbs

Pie Crumbs was born out of a long-held dream by Lourie and Mike Reynolds. Having lived in Cedar City for 16 years, Lourie and Mike have always been passionate about baking, with Lourie particularly enjoying creating delicious pies. They noticed that Cedar City lacked a dedicated pie shop, a place where both locals and visitors could indulge in the perfect dessert. This realization ignited their desire to bring something special to their beloved community.

For years, Lourie and Mike dreamed of opening a pie shop, but life’s various demands delayed their plans. In 2024, they finally made their dream a reality and opened Pie Crumbs, Cedar City's first and only pie shop. Since then, it has quickly become a town favorite, celebrated for its homemade, fresh pies that bring joy to every customer.
